Joanne has been grooming for over 3 years with an OCN level 3 qualification in Dog Grooming, Canine First Aid Qualification and completed body language courses to assist with reducing anxiety and stress for dogs that are not keen on the grooming process. Having grown up always being around dogs due to her grandparents owning a boarding kennels and helping out when she could with socialising rescue dogs for rehoming, brushing, walking and cuddling boarders. Her love for dogs never left and she decided to pursue a career in the dog service industry.
